This notice explains what we collect when you sign up for the Brooks Band™ pilot and live overview on this page, how we use it, how we keep it confidential, and the choices you have.
- We use your name and email to send your Zoom link and to contact you about the pilot.
- We do not sell your personal information or share it with advertisers.
- Your sign-up is stored in an access-controlled database and kept confidential.
- You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information at any time.
- This page runs no advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics.
1 Who we are
This page is operated by Sensory Bridges LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company, and MMMmc LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (together, "we", "us", or the "Companies"). Brooks Band™ is a pre-release product of the Companies.

2 What we collect on this page
Information you give us:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address
- Which live session you plan to join
- How you describe yourself (for example, parent or caregiver, educator, therapist), if you choose to tell us
Recorded with your sign-up: the date and time, the site address the form was sent from, an anti-spam check, and the version of this notice in effect.
Collected automatically: this page does not run analytics, advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or cross-site trackers. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data, such as your network address and browser type, to deliver the page and protect it from abuse.
This form is for adults (18+). We do not ask for information about a child, a diagnosis, or anyone's health on this page. Please do not include it.
3 How we use your information
- To send you the Zoom link and reminders for the live session you chose
- To contact you about the Brooks Band pilot and live overview
- To see whether the pilot is a fit and to plan our limited pilot spots
- To protect this page from spam and abuse
- To meet our legal obligations
What we do not do: we do not sell your personal information, we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers, we do not use it for targeted advertising, and we do not use your sign-up to train machine learning models.
4 Who can see it
Your sign-up is stored in an access-controlled database that is not publicly readable. It can be seen by Megan Cales, authorized personnel of the Companies, and service providers acting on our instructions, in these categories: website hosting and content delivery, managed database, email delivery, and video meetings.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Information is processed in the United States.
5 Confidentiality
Your information. We treat your sign-up details as confidential. We share them only as described in this notice.
Our information. Brooks Band is a pre-release product. What we show in the live overview and during the pilot belongs to the Companies, and all rights are reserved. Please do not record, copy, publish, or share session materials without our prior written permission.
Agreements. Before we share non-public details or begin a pilot with you, we may ask you to sign a confidentiality and participation agreement. You will be able to read it before you decide.
Ideas and feedback. Ideas, suggestions, or materials you send us through this page are not treated as confidential business information unless we have both signed a written agreement. Your personal contact details remain protected as described in this notice.
6 If you join the pilot
Signing up here does not enroll you in the pilot. Taking part requires separate written consent and a participation agreement. Participation may be limited by eligibility, location, or capacity.
Information from the Brooks Band watch and its apps is covered by the separate Brooks Band Product Privacy Notice. In short: routine records are derived measurements, timestamps and user-entered notes, not recordings or transcripts. Some features use secure cloud processing or synchronization. Each person controls what is shared, and sharing can be limited and revoked.
Children. This page is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information here. A child takes part in a pilot only through a separate consent process with their parent or legal guardian.
7 How long we keep it
We keep sign-up records for as long as we are in contact with you about the pilot, and for a reasonable period afterward for legal, tax, and dispute-preservation purposes. After that, we delete or de-identify them. You can ask us to delete your sign-up sooner.
8 Your choices and rights
Subject to verification and applicable law, you can ask us to:
- Give you a copy of the information we hold about you
- Correct information that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Stop contacting you
Use our privacy request form or email legal@sensorybridges.com. We reply to the email address you give us to verify the request, and we fulfil it within 30 days or tell you why we need more time. If we deny a request, you can appeal by sending a further request marked "privacy appeal".
9 Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access-controlled storage, least-privilege access, and encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
If a security incident compromises your personal information, we will notify you and any required regulators without unreasonable delay, as the law requires.
10 About the product
Brooks Band is a pre-release general wellness and supportive tool. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. Patents pending. Showing Brooks Band on this page does not grant any license to it.
11 Changes and contact
If we change this notice, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
